We are seeking a strong, dynamic individual to run a well established restaurant in Parkmeadows (close to Bedfordview)
Responsibilities:
Full management function
Stock management
Inventory control
Staff training and development
Staff management
Human resources
Skills:
Hospitality diploma is preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role in restaurants or similar
High level of computer literacy
Experience with GAAP and Micros is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent people skills
Must be a team player
Must be well presented
Must have own vehicle
Salary package: R16 000 - R18 000 depending on the candidates experience.
