Bad service - Edenvale

I went to go and book my learners license they said i must came back wednesday to book for the saturday. I have been there now 3 wednesdays and they always tell me its booked full. I cannot keep on taking off work this is rubbish. You wait hours to be helped then when you sit by them for a eye test they are first eating now you have to wait 20-25 min for them to get done then when they stand up to trow away there paper they first have to talk to the anther workers then they help you and if you say something they take even longer i said i wanted to speak to the manger they said i must phone him when i asked for the nr they said you people have internet google it what the hell really. When i asked them what is there problem they said you people are use to just getting your way now you have to work for it. I was so upset and now i think that is the reason they will not give me my booking.
